I specialize in authentic Palestinian cuisine, known for popular traditional dishes like Palestinian Maqluba and Musakhan. I also create and sell my own signature products, including Gazan dukkah and Gazan red chili, all handmade with care and authentic flavors. As an architectural engineer, I bring creativity and attention to detail into my cooking.
